Cleanroom Certification
Whether your cleanroom is small or large, you still need to know how clean it is. CSI, Inc. performs all of our Cleanroom Performance Testing services according to the demanding requirements of IEST-RP-CC006.3, ISO-14644-1, FS209, and/or NEBB.
Typical testing includes:
Airflow Verification and/or Room Air Changes per Hour - to ensure that the proper amount of air is being provided to your cleanroom.
Filter Integrity (Leak Scan) Testing - to ensure that the air supplied to the cleanroom is as particle free as intended.
Room Differential Pressure - to ensure that designed contamination control processes are operating as intended.
Non-Viable Airborne Particle Concentration - to ensure that the cleanroom is meeting its' design cleanliness classification, provided in both ISO & FS209 formats.
Temp & RH Testing - to ensure that the cleanroom air-conditioning is functioning properly.
