CSI, Inc. has implemented a Quality Management System that is ISO 9001 registered. This system required that we put in place a series of standard operating procedures (SOP's) that describe every aspect of company operations, including such things as; document control, training, quality control, data collection, and inspection.
These SOP's are essential in ensuring that CSI, Inc. has the utmost quality and accuracy in our testing services.
CSI, Inc. continuously updates our SOP's so as to comply with the most current International and Federal standards, such as; cGMP, ISO, IEST, ANSI, NSF, ASHRAE, CFR, and Cal-OSHA.
CSI, Inc. understands that reliable certification and testing data depends on accurate test equipment, therefore; our SOP's require that all of our test equipment is kept in calibration, traceable to NIST standards, and follows the strict requirements of ANSI/NCSL Z540-1-1994 and IEST-RP-CC-013-86. All of our test equipment calibration records are available either as separate documents or as part of our Analysis Report.
